Privacy Notice

SleepScienzzz collects the personal and health information you give us (name, contact details, address, physician, prescriptions, sleep study records, machine records and payment records) to provide sleep care, sell and service CPAP equipment, and manage warranties.

We process this information in line with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and the issuances of the National Privacy Commission. Access is limited by role: patients see only their own records, and staff see only what their job requires. Sensitive operations are recorded in an audit log.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by contacting our Data Protection Officer at dpo@sleepscienzzz.ph.
